I read A LOT but I can’t read everything that I might like to read (sadly). I try to prioritise books that I know that I will enjoy and that I can recommend to others, especially children, their parents and other School Librarians. I can’t guarantee to read or review every review copy sent to me.

I only post positive reviews of books that I have finished reading and have enjoyed. Life is hard enough for writers and I want to raise awareness of the many brilliant books out there, not tear things down.

I mainly read digital proofs via NetGalley but I’m also happy to be sent physical proofs by publishers on the understanding that I can’t review everything that I am sent.
